You cannot pour from an empty cup

No one has infinite energy.

We all have a set amount each day which we replenish through nutrition and sleep.

But it’s how we spend our energy that really counts and many of us are unaware of the energy debt we are quietly racking up.

Fatigue is a tiredness that won’t fade no matter how much sleep you get. It’s like an invisible cloak weighing you down and a thief of your already depleted energy.

Many people curse fatigue and blame caffeine or too much screen time. But the answer is far simpler than that.

We tell ourselves rest must be earned.

Putting others first is a strength and sign of good character.

So, we keep giving- past the point of joy, past the point of exhaustion.

Until the cup is dry.

The body follows the mind- and the mind has been telling you for many years that other people come first. Until the body finds its own way to say- enough!

Fatigue is a boundary your body drew when you couldn’t.

Rest is no longer asked for but demanded.

The giving and giving has to stop. The energy debt must be repaid.

Unfortunately, the path to healing fatigue is a bit more complicated than simply sleeping a few extra hours or sitting on the sofa more. There is now a need to change the belief pattern and examine the cause of self-abandonment that became so familiar it stopped feeling like a choice.

Are you able to receive as much as you give?

Are you ready to fill your own cup first?

A root cause session can help you identify what beliefs are keeping you in this pattern and help you understand the messages from your body. When we learn what lies beneath the symptom, it allows it to shift and release.

The nervous system resets and true healing can occur.
