Feel every worry and stress fade away as you climb into cosy blankets in our anti-gravity chairs. As you recline back, breathe in your chosen exquisite essential oil blend from the northern light’s collection and watch as our special light machine illuminates the night sky above your head.
As the room fills with the beautiful and healing sounds from my crystal bowls, watch the northern lights and stars flow across the ceiling to the melody played. As you drift into a deep meditative state and you will feel like you are floating in the heavens.
Afterwards enjoy a calming cup of herbal tea and delicious biscuits to gently bring you back to earth. Take home a 2ml aromatherapy blend of your chosen oils to remind you of this beautiful experience with every inhalation.
Each experience is completely tailored to suit your individual needs, from the essential oils used, the intention and focus of the session, the current moon phase and how it is affecting us, the style of guided meditation or if you’d prefer just the bowls, and you can even choose from a rainbow of colours for the northern lights.

One-hour bespoke sound bath experience under the northern lights at my Northern Light’s Studio in Struy, Scotland. 2ml aromatherapy blend gift to take home, finished with tea and biscuits afterwards.

A one-hour bespoke sound bath in your own home with aromatherapy gifts and host gets free invitation to online sound bath classes for that month.
All props including mats, eye masks and bolsters will be provided. (Anti-gravity chairs not included for groups more than 2).
